You can contact us through our returns form here. When placing a return please make sure you have your order number, name of the item you would like to return and reason for return. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your item. 

The below terms apply:

• Your return must be activated on the returns portal no later than 14 days after delivery of the item.
• You have a 14 day window to get your items back to the warehouse from delivery.
• All items received back must come in their original packaging, with all tags and returns ribbons in tact.
• All items must be free of odours including but not limited to pet, bodily odour and smoke.
• All items must come back in a re-sellable condition.
• You will be notified once you have triggered the returns process of the status of your return.
• We do not accept returns of resale items.
• All shipping return costs are covered by the customer.
